Important Information Regarding Shipping Charges
All Shipping Charges Apply To Each Parcel Dispatched: Please be aware that in instances where multiple parcels are dispatched from a single order (ie. when the order includes pre-orders or out-of-stocks where items are shipped as they become available), the above delivery charges apply to each shipment rather than the order as a whole.
Order Status & Service
We will always keep you informed of the status of your order. You will receive two emails regarding your order status, the first email will be sent upon the initial submission of your order to confirm that it has been received by TV Mania The second email will be sent once your order has been processed and will provide you with a tax invoice.
Out of Stock Items
Whilst we make every endeavour to carry ample stock of all titles at all times, it is sometimes impossible to predict demand which can at times lead to items being out of stock for a short period of time. Most items are usually on order from the distributor and stocks are generally replenished within a week or so. Orders are filled on a "first come, first served" basis. Although you may have placed your order when an item was showing "In Stock" it may be out of
stock by the time your order is processed if there are orders preceding yours.
Australia - Courier Service
TV Mania uses Australia Post Express Post Standard delivery for Australian orders is by Australia Post surface mail. Whilst the Australia Post mail service is generally very reliable, it is not unusual for some items to become delayed within the postal system. Should you experience significant delays, we ask that you check thoroughly with your local post office for your parcel and wait a minimum of 10 business days before lodging a query with our office.
International - Delivery Times
International orders will be shipped by Australian Air Mail with delivery times averaging between 5-14 days. Occasionally international mail may experience delays as thousands of items go through the mail system daily and can be subject to being miss-sorted and/or miss-directed. Unfortunately these delays are beyond our control. We must allow at least 5 - 6 weeks before we can order an investigation for any late delivery.
International - Courier Service
Whilst the majority of international orders are shipped by Australian Air Mail we do have the ability to ship orders by courier if you wish. We currently utilise the services of TNT International Express. Please ensure that if you choose this option, you are well informed about custom requirements and duties into your country. Please contact us for a quote if you require courier delivery.
International - Customs
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from TV Mania, you are considered the importer of the goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift", but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs declaration. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package. |
